Joining Integrity Direct Primary Care is like having your very own provider in the family. Imagine having the highest quality medical care from a doctor who is able to give you the undivided attention and time you need, since there is no distraction from overbooked schedules or unnecessary paperwork.
*Each membership includes a $200 enrollment fee. Couples receive $100 off their enrollment fee when they sign up together. If you pay by credit card, a $5/month processing fee will apply. You can avoid this fee by paying via ACH.

Please note that in order to provide the best possible care, we will be strictly limiting our patient panel size to 600 patients per provider (in comparison, the typical panel size for a standard clinic is 2000-2500 patients per provider).
