Convenient 24/7 direct access to your provider by phone, text, email, virtual visits, and/or same or next day office visits. Home or office visits when available.
Annual comprehensive physical exam with age appropriate labs (up to $850 value per person – Women’s health services are provided through additional services to ensure comprehensive care).
Sick visits, follow-up visit, and chronic disease management with no copays or deductibles.
Little to no wait time upon arrival to the office for appointments. Limited exposure to others as appointments are staggered to prevent overlapping of patients in the office at one time.
Healthcare delivered by your own independent and experienced Board Certified primary care provider. As your advocate, your provider will make sure that if required, you are referred to the specialist that best meets your needs, instead of being driven by administrators and quotas.
Relaxed and extended visits focused on developing a strong patient provider relationship allowing time for thorough investigation of presenting complaints, clear explanation of any planned diagnostic evaluation, and detailed recommendations for treatment.
Basic in-office procedures and tests such as EKGs, hemoglobin A1c, urinalysis, strep/flu testing, cryotherapy, and some joint injections are included in your membership and provided at no extra cost.
Wholesale lab prices up to 90% less than standard insurance prices.
Negotiated imaging (radiology) studies that can be 50% less than insurance prices (completed at off-site facilities - we do not have radiology services in-office).
