Adam White, MD
Dr. Adam White is board-certified in emergency medicine and is passionate about helping people build lasting health rather than simply treating disease. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia (2010) and completed his residency and Global Health fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham(2014), where he also trained in public health, tropical medicine, and travel medicine. After years of caring for patients in the emergency department, Dr. White developed a deep appreciation for the importance of prevention and addressing the root causes of illness. His approach to care focuses on whole-person health—recognizing that physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being are deeply connected. He enjoys partnering with patients to create individualized health plans centered on lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and sustainable habits, while thoughtfully using medications when needed. He believes that creating space for patients to be heard is an essential part of care. Dr. White and his wife also founded Generations Health, a ministry dedicated to providing holistic healthcare, retreats, and wellness training for missionaries and their families. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children, tending a small tree orchard and nursery, fly fishing, and hiking.
Interested in a Personalized Genetic Lifestyle & Nutrition Consultation?
Transform your DNA insights into a highly personalized plan for optimizing energy, performance, and long-term health. Using consumer genetic data (e.g., AncestryDNA), Adam identifies key patterns in methylation, detoxification, inflammation, metabolism, and recovery—then translates them into targeted nutrition, supplement, exercise, and lifestyle strategies.
Each consultation includes a comprehensive genetic review, custom report, and a 60–90 minute one-on-one session with a printed take-home plan, delivered in a focused, coaching-style format designed for real-world implementation.
This service is educational and wellness-focused, not diagnostic or medical genetic analysis.
